Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm.
If for whatever reason you’re unhappy with your costume or you change your mind, you can return it to us using the return instructions within your package. Please note the following:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Tights, stockings, wigs, underwear and eye accessories may only be returned if unworn and in unopened packaging for health and hygiene reasons.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging and have all tags attached.
Unfortunately, return shipping costs will not be refunded.
Refunds will be made within 30 calendar days from receipt of goods to our warehouse.
We dispatch orders on the same working day if ordered before 1pm or on the next working day if ordered after 1pm.
Delivery times vary based on the delivery option you choose at the checkout. We offer UK next day and Saturday delivery, as well as standard options. International delivery times vary.

First of all, we’re sorry to hear that you received a damaged item.
If you receive a faulty item please return it to us within 30 days of receipt of the faulty goods. Please remember to get in touch with our Customer Service team prior to returning by contacting us on +44 (0)20 8732 8854.

We regularly replenish our costume stock and are continuously looking for cool new outfits to add to our range. Most of the time, stock is replenished with days or weeks, however we also discontinue costumes from time to time to make room for exciting new options.

If you bought a costume from us on EBay or Amazon and have a question, please contact us through your account area on the website you purchased the item. All refunds, errors and queries are managed on the platform you used and we aim to respond to all customer contact as quickly as possible.
